Privacy Policy

This policy covers the website you're on now (praxisdenver.com), operated by Praxis Denver LLC ("Praxis"), an IT and business-operations partner for small businesses in Denver Metro and the Colorado Front Range.

It does not cover the terms of a signed managed-services agreement with an existing client. Those are handled separately, in writing, when a client engagement begins.

Information you provide directly: When you fill out the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message. When you book a consultation through the scheduling tool on the Consult page, that tool (zcal) collects the scheduling details you provide it directly — see the third-party services section below.

Information collected automatically: Like most websites, this site logs basic technical information (such as the page requested, browser type, and IP address) as part of normal web server and analytics operation. We use website analytics to understand traffic in aggregate — pages visited, general location, device type — not to build an individual profile of any one visitor.

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule a requested consultation, and follow up about the services you asked about.

We use aggregate site analytics to understand which pages and service areas are useful to visitors, so we can keep the site accurate and easy to use.

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use third-party advertising trackers or retargeting pixels on this site.
• We do not share your contact form submission with anyone outside Praxis, except the service providers described below that we use to operate the site.

A few outside services help this site work, and each handles a narrow slice of data as part of that job:

• Resend — delivers contact form submissions to Praxis by email. Resend processes the message content only to send that email.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — a spam-prevention check that runs when you submit the contact form, to confirm you're a person and not a bot. It evaluates signals like your IP address and browser behavior.
• zcal — the third-party scheduling tool embedded on the Consult page. Any information you enter to book a time is collected by zcal directly, under zcal's own privacy policy, not this one.
• Website analytics — aggregate traffic measurement, described above.

This site does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. The third-party tools listed above (Turnstile, zcal, and our analytics provider) may set cookies or use similar local storage as part of how they operate — for example, to prevent spam or to remember your place in a scheduling flow. Those are governed by each provider's own policy, linked above where available.

We keep contact form submissions and consultation requests for as long as reasonably useful to respond to you and, if you become a client, to support that relationship. If you'd like us to delete information you've sent us, contact us using the information below and we'll honor that request unless we're required to keep it for a legitimate business or legal reason.

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by reaching out through the contact form, by email, or by phone. We'll respond directly.

This site is intended for business owners and office managers, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We take reasonable steps to protect information submitted through this site, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy as the site or our services change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
